Guest guest
Doc or anyone else, I am assembling the herbs for BF & C formula and I'm not sure about 2 of the ingedients... Oak Bark and Walnut Bark. I cant seem to find these on any of the common herbs sites unless they go by a different name. I wondered if " Oak Bark " is White Oak Bark? Thanks in advance. Guest guest
Anything can be achieved insmall, deliberate steps. But there are times you need the courage to take a great leap; you can't cross a chasm in two small steps.David Lloyd George. Over water, under sea, in the forest high you'll be. trust your instinct in the sea; bring the treasure home to me. If you find it, as you might, you will travel, day and night. As you see it you will know, as above, then so below. Once you grasp it you will be ready then to cross the sea. The more I know ,the more I know that I don't know anything.
