since being advised to discontinue cows milk for kefir, and unable to get goats milk in the area, could the alternative be coconut milk? what is the benefit of kefiring it? is it okay to just use the coconut milk unkefired, and make a smoothie with fruit for my breakfast? i seem to be having a problem finding alkaline breakfast foods, and the smoothie keeps me filled up for hours.

thanks, diana

HI Diana (everyone else too)

Actually raw coconut milk in a smoothie is awesome (and according to

some) also a benefit in wieght loss.

You should also try Almond milk. There are recipes in the files for

Raw sprouted almond milk (which is better than store bought stuff)

Sylvia-

Can you tell me where the recipe is for the Almond Milk? I'm

probably overlooking it in the files, but I can't find it. Thank

you.
