Guest guest Posted January 18, 2005 Report Share Posted January 18, 2005 since being advised to discontinue cows milk for kefir, and unable to get goats milk in the area, could the alternative be coconut milk? what is the benefit of kefiring it? is it okay to just use the coconut milk unkefired, and make a smoothie with fruit for my breakfast? i seem to be having a problem finding alkaline breakfast foods, and the smoothie keeps me filled up for hours. thanks, diana Don't push the river. You should also try Almond milk.
