Guest guest
Hi I am 42 yrs. old female. Is it essential for me to take vitamins, calcium, antioxidants or anything else regularly? Hi, I'd suggest strongly that you take a therapeutic multi-vitamin and fish oil. The fish oil has Omega 3's that you're not likely to get in your diet. As you age, some things happenand you need to compensate. For example the COQ10 drops off, you can supplement this. Also if special problems develop you can add supplements to take care of them For example, I take alpha lipoic acid and chromium picolineate to help me with my diabetes. It helps by building muscle and the last 4 times I've been to my doctor, he's cut my diabetes medications. I also take blue-green algae for Attention deficit disorder. My significant other takes it to help her sinus condition. Jeff
