Try an ear candle. You can find them at any health food store.

You can soften a wax plug by placing a few drops of olive oil into

your ear or ears - plugging with a bit of cotton to stop it from

leaking onto your clothes.

You can also try to clear the wax by dropping some 3% hydrogen

peroxide into your ear(s), keeping your head tilted to keep it in your

ear until the " fizzing " stops. This should clear out the was as well.

Do either or both of these for a few days, and if the problem

persists, have them syringed by your family doctor.

I've been told that under no circumstances should you place anything

smaller than your elbow into your ear, as cleaners like Q-Tips are th

main cause of ear damage.

I'd like to add to that. My mother use to heat the olive oil and put

some on a piece of cotton to use as a plug.
