In a similar vein, does anyone have a natural remedy for muscle

cramps? My blood work is fine. My mother suffered from them as well.

 

Hi,

Potassium is very important. Just a bananna a day can do the trick.

For more serious cramps, use Arnica Montanna. Arnica is for sore

muscles, cramps, and strains.

Take things with magnesium like green veggies. Celery juice is the

best.

---magnesium and calcium with vitamin D may also be of help.

I recently read (sorry, don't remember where) that in addition to magnesium,

Pycnogenol and Vitamin D could be helpful.

I occasionally have dreadful (Gawd awful) cramps in my feet....up to my knee. I

already take mag and vitamin D, even sometimes would take the pyc. I've added a

daily dose and have not had the problem since.

These things would wake me up, and be too painful to walk away, couldn't pound

them, couldn't massage them, in fact nothing I could think of would relieve the

pain.

Calcium, pottasium and magnesium should do the trick. Works

everytime for me, unless its really bad. Then I need a dr.
