Analysis of 14 studies shows that fatty fish oils lower the risk of

developing colon cancer

 

Animal studies show that fish oil fatty acids cut inflammation and

decrease cancer incidence. In this meta-analysis of human cohort

studies the effects of fish consumption or Omega-3 fatty acids on

colon cancer incidence and mortality. 14 studies show that the

highest level of fish consumption cuts the risk of colon cancer vs.

those in the lowest level of consumption. The study is published in

the current issue of the American Journal of Epidemiology. --
