Guest guest
Hi Guys... I have been doing this 3 times a week for two years and have never had a migraine since the 2nd week I started. This is NOT a substitute for any physician diagnosis yet it works for me and it may for you. If you suffer from neck or back pain of any sort, do this simple procedure ONCE per day. Lay flat on your back feet together, arms laid out like a T. Bring your right knee over your midsection so your knee is now over your waste or thereabouts. without moving any other part of your body arms still extended, move your right knee across your body towards the floor to the left side of your body. Don't worry if you can't go to all the way to the left side floor, over time this will get easier to do. No need to hold for any length of time, just one simple movement and then place right knee and leg back on floor, feet together again. Next, repeat with left leg/knee one time. Once a day.
