Guest guest
I recently lost my job and can no longer afford the meds that I was on to control the pain of fibro and RA. can anyone out there recommend something. I have taken tumeric, and it helped as well as the essential vitamins, I try to avoid caffein with the occasional exception to a cup of coffee, which REALLY messes with me. they had me on topamax and ultram, both helped alot but the topamax is $300 per month with no insurance. I also broke my back apx. 4 years ago and have alot of HARDWARE in my lower back. with alot of pain as well, which I didnt notice till going off the topamax. Ihave been off the pain meds for apx 1 month, weaned down. but now with winter coming upon us in Michigan, am REALLY feeling the pain. thanks in advance Tiffany
Guest guest
My wife has fibro with RA. She took triflex with Sam-e from GNC. It worked as well as the celebrex that she had such a big hassel with the insurance company with. A lot of foods made her hurt with the fibro. So she just eats the foods she knows don't hurt. No soft drinks especially diet. And no eating out. She still drinks a recuperate-ion ocasionally. And melatonin for sleep. And excercise. Her body feels almost back to normal. Guest guest
Hi, St. John's Wort is good for pain, reasonably safe, and inexpensive. I use it when I have pain or depression.
