Guest guest
Need some help!!! I had hyperthyroidism in 95 and was so bad off my doctor said my only alternative was Radioactive Iodine... I have no active thyroid at all and I supplement everyday with levothyroxin .150... I am really trying to go to something more " natural " .. I have read abouot all of the toxins in our prescriptions and food and have already started moving into a vegan lifestyle... Does anyone know if there are any " natural " alternatives to this prescription? I am worried that because I dont have an active thyroid that I may put myself into a bad spot... Guest guest
I would recommend doing yoga. There are many yoga exercises and meditations that work on the thyroid. Two of the best are shoulderstand and plough. Possibly EFT also. GB , " angelicfaery73 " <angelicfaery73 wrote: > > Need some help!!! Guest guest
I have read that im some cases, the use of melatonin on ar regular basis for something like six months could regulate your thyroid function. The addition of vitamin D and A to such a regimen could also help on a lomg term. Talk about it to your doctor beacause hormonal problems are nerver easy to control but I know it can be done. ..wIru K <greatyoga wrote: I would recommend doing yoga.
