. What to use in place of Splenda?

I just use Stevia powder and I mix about 1 tablespoon of raw sugar into it so it

makes the actual sugar content pretty low when I want to make something sweet

and the sugar makes the stevia more natural tasting without the slight

bitterness. I've never tried the liquid variety of Stevia though. Sometimes I

just use diced apple or something like Apple Stroop a Dutch apple spread which

is a real treat. Specially on hot buttered toast in the mornings.

I have used xylitol but wasn't too sure of it's goodness.. Stevia on the other

hand is from a natural herb and contains no sugar unless you add some.
