Robin,

It's been around a week now, I've noticed my teeth are a little bit

whiter and I'm still getting sinus drainage and expectorating small

amounts of mucus immediately afterwards.

My husband has been doing it for a few days now. He thought he was

getting a cold, his nose was running and his throat was sore from

sinus drainage. It was short term, and he's going to continue to

give it a try for awhile.

It anything other type of benefits become apparant, I'll post them to

the group to be sure!

Cold pressed sunflower oil, and cold pressed sesame oil are the two

original oils used and highly recommended. I went out to vitamin

cottage today to see if they had the sunflower, people say that the

sesame has a stronger taste and harder to pull (gag effect). They

didn't have any 'cold pressed' which I understand is a must for the

oil used, so I'll stick with my cold pressed virgin coconut oil, at

least I know I like that flavor :)
