Guest guest
PEMPHIGUS VULGARIS You have to be EXTREMELY cautious with supplements when dealing with autoimmune disorders, since they can boost immunity, and actually increase the severity of the disease. Classic examples of things to be avoided would be echinacea, VitC, Spirulina...etc etc. There was a European study that indicated that systemic pemphigus patients were deficient in Vit A and beta carotene. Maybe you can dig it up on Google or Medline. Certain orthomolecular physicians treat autoimmune disorders with injections of a special calcium prep called Camp. This is the work of Hans Nieper , and may be of value to you. Best, Lisa
Guest guest
Thanks for replying Lisa! An update, my sugar is doing better and is not so high- thank God. You are right, before diagnosis, I had been doing everything natural to increase my immune system- hence getting sicker and baffled as to why. Tho still new to me, I am dealing better with more knowledge about auto-immune disorders. Ic did take alpha lipoic acid and did a blood test & my sugar was significantly lower, but dont need it now. It made me kind of dizzy tho and I would have to experiment with the dosage more perhaps. Blessings & thanks again.... , SilkGirlSix wrote: > > > PEMPHIGUS VULGARIS
