I have celiac disease. It takes at least 2 years of being on a gluten free diet

to clear up dermatitis hepitiformis - and you have to be absolutely clean about

the gluten. So many things have hidden glutens. I hope he s to the

many newsletters out there about Celiac disease to learn how many things

actually have gluten in them.

 

Celiac disease actually is NOT an allergy to gluten, but a genetic condition.
