My family has been has been doing Bikram for 9 months now and it has made such a huge change in all of our lives. You will have more energy, and happiness and less pain, depression and anxiety. Bikram is a specific sequence of yoga postures designed to balance your body chemicals, trim your body and connect to yourself. You won't need any more medications anymore.
