Hi Everyone:

Thanks to everyone for the help before my hernia surgury

it was appreciated.

My operation outpatient lasted 3 hours and the surgury

team played accelerated healing by stephen halpren for

me during that time. I had a large hernia on my left

side and small on on my left so they did both.

Well my surgury was last week Wed. I went home like

the tin man on the wizard of oz but took the painkiller

oxcon and a stool softner. Also from the surgury the

air they put in me made me feel like the pillsbury

dough boy. My pants do not fit anymore and I hope

I deflate soon with my walking program.

Anyway I stopped in to my herbalist acupunturist who

gave me chyavanprash nutritive jam from banyan botanicals

to help me with my immune system 2 times a day plus I

am on a greens diet as much as I can salads and light

food along with a protien drink once a day.

Sleeping has been a challenge so sometimes its better

for me to sleep in the recliner because of the air

inside of me still. I have not found a release valve

but the surgon office says it should be back to normal

size in a couple of weeks. Oh I am off the pain meds

and ibprofen when I need it. That pain med gave me

constipation but I am fine now.

Thanks for being such a supportive group during my

illness . Any thoughts on diet or tips to deflate

me would be appreciated. I am playing healing tapes

whenever I can and during sleep.

Thanks in advance for all of your support and advice!

My BEst

George
