Guest guest
Thank you Misty for such a thorough and well done presentation on the effects of micro-waving. I am one of those people who say 'show me the proof' Because I really get tired of people giving me their emperor's clothing opinion .... telling me what they think or belief as if it were truth, fact, or written in concrete for all time. I get tired of finding some " proof " is based on a few poorly conceived or decidedly agenda laden studies that obscured rather than revealed truth. Even in high school I recognized the difference between theory advanced as fact and facts per se. Even then I recognized that the powers that be don't like to have their cradle rocked with the presentation of new data, new discoveries, new facts if it inconvenienced them or threatened their very comfortable envelope of money, power, status or sacred cows. (What, me wash my hands between surgical operations -- outrageous!) I recognized that sometimes all the data wasn't in/all the facts had not been discovered.... or the most sophisticated or sensitive technology was yet to be developed, or used even if we had it; the right questions had not been asked, and/or all the relevant tests had not been done. Thus the conclusion was suspect or only tentative. And, even given " proof " , I like specifics and references and source material. I want to know if the investigators or scientists have any conflicts of interest that will skew their approach to data discovery, research and testing protocols. Or which will skew their interpretation of that research. Or some agenda they or product they want me to buy. (Harmonization is good for you and the economy; Flouride is good for you, " I am the Decider " , and " You can't handle the Truth " ) And always, the injunction to " Follow the Money " makes sense to me. Who hired or gave finances to the scientists or institutions, what was their agenda, and did they withdraw funds or threaten to if honest and sound research revealed information they did not like. Long after I was well trained by teachers and textbooks in the halls of academia, I discovered a lot of what they said was just not true. Twenty plus years of schooling; a lifetime of un-learning what they proffered. To the victor go the spoils of war and the right (power) to tell HIS STORY. His version, embellishing or deleting fact as suited him. (You mean it was really Tesla who did that --who is Tesla anyway, they never taught me about him in science class. Bechamp -- they never mentioned him either. Roosevelt knew? ) To the deepest pocket interests or to the tyrants with the biggest guns goes the ability to decide what the people can know and will be led/conditioned to believe. Denial is not a river in Egypt. In these days, denial of accountability, denial of truth is the way of modern corporations and government (its CYA, conveniently called " propriety information " or " classified for national security reasons " ). Neither does out-shouting me or putting a gun to my head make truth not be true. I find it deplorable that vested interests and have been able to obscure truth or spin it to their agenda. Orwell lives. Equally deplorable: Industry set-up so-called neutral agencies as front groups to " scientifically prove " what ever they want people to believe. Congress people who advocate zero tolerance policies for school kids but won't come to work and vote on the laws; and who think they are above the laws they pass for the rest of us smucks ........ that they vote on bills they never read .... that they think nothing of changing and re-writing the congressional record after the fact.... that there are more lobiests in congress than legislators.... That reporters and journalists are fired or have their stories canned if their investigations reveal information that might offend or challenge an advertiser (as if they own the airwaves and have no responsibility to the people) ........ that media reads press releases from government and industry as if its investigative reporting, real news, and real science. They have too often been reduced to shills and fear mongers and entertainment personalities talking about the latest sitcom on their network. That dissenting voices have been court-order gagged, slandered, villified, demonized, inundated with red tape or FDA raids, or IRS investigations, or financially broken defending themselves against numerous spurious lawsuits, have lost jobs, have had their life and families' life threatened, have been killed or mysteriously dissappeared just because they: *advocated or suggested unpopular positions or ideas *published or spoke the truth * showed that prior studies were flawed or compromised *questioned the integrity, truth, logic or science of any thing currently accepted as conventional wisdom or truth *been whistle blowers *had information TPTB didn't want the public to know (Why recently did so very man top notched micro-bioligists end up dead in in very short order........what secrets died with them?) *etc., etc., etc. I also find deplorable that people are no longer saying " I do not believe what you say, but defend to the death your right to say it. " Instead its " if you aren't with me, you are against me -- you are my enemy and an enemy of the American Way, and unpatriotic, a hate monger, or a right-winger or leftist conspiracy-believing nut job. " Consider the facts? seek the truth? No -- mount an intensive ad hominem attack. Now, that said, I am one of those people who are always chasing the off the wall idea idea. Looking for explanations for the so called anomalies that science cannot explain or will not even address. Asking the " what if " and why questions. EG: What if man could fly?...the Wright Brothers What if we put this under a dark field microscope and saw the living blood and everything moving thing in it, rather than under an electron microscope where we drew conclusion from static dead material and material fragments. Why does the gov. say there is no such thing as alien life and UFO's but have a law preventing civilian contact with them. What if those people we burned up weren't really witches? How many of those shooters were on prescription mind-altering drugs. Why is info about Kennedy's assassination still classified. What if people really can remote view or use mind over matter and turn water into wine. What if this kool aid isn't good for me ?--- take your pick, either the effect of the red dye or worse as in the Jim Jones incident. Misty, you said: " Well, this makes sense in a land that encourages farmers to poison crops and soils with massive amounts of synthesised chemicals, and encourages food processors to use additives that enhance shelf-life of foods regardless of the potential for degrading the health of the consumer. How many hundreds of pounds of microwaved food per capita is consumed in America each year? Are we going to continue to take it from established authority, without question, on the premise that they know best? " I so absolutely agree. We must follow the truth where ever it leads us even if it means we must modify or revamp your current belief system -- or in this case, stop using microwaves if we value health. We must be critical, analytical; yet keep an open, discerning, and questionng mind . We must demand transparency and integrity before we accept anyone as " Authority " . If we just automatically abdicate responsibility and power to " Authority " we are setting ourselves up to be victims and sheeple and inviting Big Brother to rule over us like a slave driver. Incidentally, with regard to the effects of microwaving, have you seen the latest Emoto photos. In his latest book he has photos showing the effect of crystalized water after being microwaved, after being exposed to the EMF feild of computers and TV's, etc. Its not " proof " or even relevant according to conventional thinking but definitely disturbing if you understand subtle energy or sacred geometry. It certainly suggests we need more investigation of a lot of things TPTB (the powers that be) say are safe for human health and well being. For those not familiar with his work, go here: http://www.wellnessgoods.com/messages.asp I appreciate the tone and level you as owner/moderator keep this forum on. Long live the internet, groups like this, and people are willing to ask insightful questions, seek truth, think for themselves, and allow others the same even if it means agreeing to disagree. g
