Guest guest
This comes in capsules , in extract with alcohol, and lose for a tea. And it works! If you wish to use the capsules, make sure it has no fillers nor additional ingredients. An alternative health professional told me that if it is pure, you can take up to twice the amount suggested on the directions without side effects. It is also stronger. I have been taking this recently for pain and it does work. But I had to take at least twice as much as the directions indicated for effective relief - but it depends on how acute the pain is as well as what is causing the pain, just as it does with drugs. Blessings Shan White Willow Bark http://www.regaininghealthnaturally.com/Herb_Information/White_Willow_Bark.shtml White Willow has been used for centuries to reduce fevers and reduce pain. It is closely related to the common aspirin. It is great for fever, chills, and rheumatism or arthritis. It can be used both externally and internally. It will increase the flow of urine, can be made into a tea to be used as an eye wash, to stop bleeding wounds, nosebleeds, and the spitting up of blood. To prepare a decoction, soak 1-3 tsp. of bark in a cup of water for 3-4 hours and then bring it to a boil. Drink this tea only a mouthful at a time, unsweetened. Drink only about 1 cup total per day.
