Hi Lisa,

 

In addition, I would recommend getting more sodium in the form of celtic or

redmond salt, which have a lot of minerals in them and are quite different from

regular table salt; juicing fruits and vegetables, increasing vitamins B

complex, C and E; hawthorne herb to support the heart; kidney and liver

cleanses/flushes, horse chestnut to increase circulation, uva ursi and dandelion

root.

Walking is always great to improve everything.
