Treatment for Bell's Palsey in Pregnany Patient

Anyone have experience with treating Bell's Palsey?

I had Bells Palsy many years ago and was given physiotherapy... the palsy lasted

for a fortnight (which is the average period apparently). Someone told me I

should have taken Vit B complex as it was a condition caused by stress.

However, I have subsequently read that it is caused by inflammation of the 7th

cranial nerve and is no more serious than a head cold..it shouldn't recur.

p.s. After the condition cleared up, it left no sign of ever having

happened(thank goodness)
