Guest guest
My husband has been dealing with excema for at least the past 10+ years and the number one thing to start doing is purchase laundry detergent that is die free, there are several company's that make the detergent and I purchase liquid (free and Clear All) works great. Then also a double rinse to get out the extra det. that might be on the clothing; no fabric softiners! All can cause an alergic reaction when you having skin problems. In place of the fabric softener use 1/2 cup white vinegar to the rice water. No it will not make the clothing smell like vinegar and will make your clothing cling-free and soft. What has helped the most in the past few years and have tried many things are zinc products. You can purchase it in a tube and it's very inexpensive. He has also purchased ( skin zinc) this can be purchased online in creams and sprays and works great also. After many years of dealing with a very bad problem this is what has helped. Also doing a liver and gull bladder cleanse will help so I have read. But this with men seem to be hard to convence them to do, but have done lots of redbeets without his knowledge and this is to be a natural healer that slso seemed to work. I had to pass this along after many years of experience. All have seemed to help. At least this is a start in your journey to healing. Good Luck!
