Guest guest
I would try to find out the cause of needing these drugs first. Which homrones are unbalanced? Address that, the try to find the cause of the hormone imbalance and correct that. Guest guest
I agree with Michelle. A more holistic approach is to find the imbalance. Serotonin is made in the gut, so taking a look at your diet would be a good place to start. Are you consuming too much sugar or refined products that there may be a yeast overgrowth? Are you getting enough protein and good fat in your diet? Vit D from cod liver oil and the sun helps. A good colon and liver cleanse tends to be welcomed. All this could effect your hormones leading to imbalance and mineral depletion. Taking extra minerals will be beneficial as well. Ocean veggies tend to be good at nourishing the thyroid. I hope this helps some. Blessings, Tara Michelle Ives <mmives wrote: I would try to find out the cause of needing these drugs first. Which homrones are unbalanced?
