Hello,

I have been trying to treat a chemical balance (depression) based on

research from books written by MD. The entire vitamin B Complex might

have some positive effects. Does anyone have any information on

helping with depression and fatigue? I am in my 30's and do workout

but remain super tired and have been this way most of my adult life.

I am on several vitamins but not seeing the results I want to see.

Thanks,

L.S

Depression and fatigue are complex issues which cannot be addressed by

supplements alone. You need Hatha Yoga, (stretching, twisting and squeezing

the body) pranayama, appropriate diet, adequate pure water, exercise,

chemically clean environment as well as vitamins and minerals and an

uplifting mental diet, you also need a safe and happy home life, satisfying

work situation and a strong connection to the earth. This regime needs

energy, inspiration, perseverance, persistence and dedication - this takes

enormous strength to lift yourself out of whatever it is you've fallen into.

Have you looked into SAM-E ? Its a suppliment sold in any drug store and

seems to work very well for a lot of people. You can google it , and here are a

couple of links to get you started > http://www.biopsychiatry.com/sameart.html

Check out the links below. Consider getting yourself a copy of The Diet Cure

L.S.

Its great to aim at being your own best doctor, however, there are so

many variations of symptoms and causes that it is best not to fly

blind so to speak.

I would suggest you visit your local holistic therapist as well as

have a general checkup by your GP / MD. Their personal training and

experience is likely to guide you into a more refined approach for

your own self-healing.

This will save you a lot of time and money in the long run, as well as

being a more efficient way to achieve your aims, in my humble opinion.

Ask around to see if you can get recommendations for any particular

therapist or open-minded doctor in your area.

Good Health to You
