Guest guest
Michelle or anybody, Speaking of Magnesium....have you heard of anybody getting low BP from taking Mag? My BP is extremely low (98/48). I take about 600 - 800 mg of Magnesium Glycinate a day. Also, any correlation between taking Potassium and lower B/P. I've heard ppl with weak adrenals shouldn't take Potassium. I get dehydrated very easily. Lately, I seem to always thirsty. (Low blood volume.) > Thanks > Pamela > TV dinner still cooling? Check out " Tonight's Picks " on TV.
Guest guest
No, I haven't. I take b/t 800-1,000 mg/day of mag. amino acid chelate, and my bp is a gorgeous 120/80. Hypothyroid and/or hypoadrenia can be a cause of low blood pressure (among other things, I'm sure).
