Within the next few days, the U.S. House of Representatives will vote on a

defense authorization bill that includes the Bush administration's proposal to

build a new generation of nuclear weapons - a proposal that is unnecessary,

costly, and provocative.

Funding new nuclear weapons through the " Reliable Replacement Warhead "
