I'm hoping that someone can help me with this, I had a power smoothie

from one of these stores, and I want to make them at home now. The one

I had was the power " pump. " On their website menu

(http://www.surfcitysqueeze.com/) under specialty smoothies, they list

the ingredients, but not the amounts. Does anyone know if/where I

could find recipes to their smoothies, and if they use all fresh

ingrediants? Please reply.

perphaps, you could google 'energizing foods/herbs' on the internet

and use some of those ingredients, taste permitting and make your own

type of smoothie

eg.apple

radishes

banana

wheatgerm

whey protein

AND heaps of others so go have fun and experiment
