Guest guest
The best immediate inflammation reducer for starters that is cheap and easy to get is Vitamin C. High dose as in 6 to 10 grams per day. Powdered ascorbic acid is the best. I had a bad toothache that was obviously inflamed and after taking at least 4 grams the ache and swelling went down within the following 2 hours. For ongoing internal inflammation I also take turmeric and when that is all gone I am going to try zyflamed by New Chapter which was recommended by my doctor. Guest guest
Fran, Use the normal stuff for your Omega 3s. Fish oil and flax oil are the best sources. I have never heard of hemp hearts as a source for Omega 3s. Naturopaths are famous for trying to sell you their expensive products when the cheaper ones sold in the HFS or on the internet still do a very good job. IHERB is a good source for supplements.
