Guest guest
> Well as soon as i drink or taste something with aspartam i have to puke.. And that really is a natural reaction, on a wedding were we ones were i ordered cola, i took a sip and blurgh all came out; on my question is this per any instance Light?? NoNo they said, i said oké because i'm allergic for it. 5 minutes later they told me they checked the taps and they saw that they conacted the wrong can to the normale coke tap. > You find it in a few toothpastes, in mouthwater, in yoghurt drinks for kids, in yoghurt for kids and grown ups, they even had it in powdered babymilk on one point... It's in all the light drinks, and light products, and one of the most dangerous one in chewinggum. Nearly everyone who wants to loose weight starts eating chewinggum, offcourse without sugar, they feel tired after a few days and blame it on the diet, they start having diarrea, and blame it to the diet and the change of foods, they even say my body is cleaning it self. I work as a healththerapist, in my practise although the most treatments are relaxation technics and massage, i won't help anyone aslong as they take any product with aspartame, that's a bit of drying the floor with the taps open. It also fools your body, because you still taste sweet, your brain thinks it gets energy, and your body can't give it, thats quiet confusing. > No aspartame is bad and we should all refuse having it. It also numbs your nerve system, so you could ectually see it as a drug. One less friendly than weed... > Janine
