Guest guest
Hi everyone, I hope someone can give me some good information on this subject___I was just told by a naturopath that a good source of Omega's and good for circulation and to reduce imflammation is hemp hearts. Does anyone know about this and the good benefits, etc. I am not familiar with them at all. Can you also give me a good source on the internet, as far as nutritional value and price. thanks ahead of time Fran
Guest guest
One of the best forms of omega 3 is from grass fed beef. Amazing, but it is reported to be more than in fish. A good website for buying grassfed beef is www.texasgrassfedbeef.com They have more than beef. Nancy Savinelli, Naturopath
Guest guest
Plant omegas tend to have little, or no EPA, which is the primary, anti-inflammatory agent in omega 3's. Stick to fish oils. I have yet to find any evidence of a better source for both EPA and DHA in nature than fish fat. I would be very surprised if hemp hearts had more.
