I currently use 50/50 coconut milk and water with my breakfast of

whole rice/pumk.seeds/sunfl.seeds/6 raw brazil nuts.

 

In the blender with the 50/50 goes 2dstspns of good quality whey, 1

tablspn of oatbran, 1/4 tspn of cinnamin, 1 destspn of cottage cheese,

1 destspn of coconut oil.

 

Its so yummy its almost sad when its gone :)

 

but for now I'll just enjoy my tea of chinese date with piece of lime

and green tea. . .

Almond milk is also good - or any nut milk you like - grind the nuts up

small and then gradually add filtered water until the milk is the

consistency you prefer and you can add banana and honey or vanilla too or

whichever combination you like best! Or whichever sweetening you prefer or

none at all - the possibilities are almost endless!

 

BTW Indian cow milk may not be bad for you at all ..........
