Guest guest
I have started using this 'treatment/therapy'. I am only at 2 & 1/2 inches however; decided that I don't need any initial pain and am being cautious, though plan on going to a 5 degree incline [ which on my bed will be about 6 & 1/2 inches or so ] as advised by Andrew Fletcher who 'invented' this therapy. Anyways; good so far. Several people in Electroherbalism have been using this for awhile and I know of 3 people in MCS-Canada whom have started it & are pleased so far. blessings Shan PS I have added a bunch of urls after this article. I have this on a Word document but because of its size caused by the diagrams for making the incline, have put it on a PDF file also. Diagrams and graphs do not seem to made PDF files larger as they do with Word documents. Email me if anybody wants it. Almost forgot; I have added 2 separate testimonials to the documents from people I know. The inclined bed was first used in the ancient Egyptian's third dynasty. When the tombs were opened, they discovered that the beds where in fact inclined. It turns out, that they are raised by exactly 15 cm's at the head end! How did they know, and why did so many people fail to realize the significance of their find? Case histories suggest that many medical conditions, irrespective of their severity, will positively respond when horizontal bedrest is avoided. Guest guest
We were so intrigued when we read the article that we implemented it straight away too so did the gardener and the children & spouses - we went straight to 4 " but have not noticed much difference - it felt strange initially but now cannot feel a slope at all - we were planning to go to 8 " next week!
