Guest guest
A very good site Mercola.com. google it. I do understand it needs to be natural form, not synthetic. But some say gamma should be used also, some say only gamma. Some say alpha is sufficient. Any good sites to point me to? Guest guest
Not familiar with that one Robin. I use the NOW Brand which is called "True E - Bio Complex". The Soy used in this product is Non-GMO. Do you have any more data on the "Natural Factors" kind??? Love, Doc Robin Long wrote: Doc, When I checked out the NOW brand of Vitamin E at my local health food store, it all contained soy. So they recommended I go with the Natural Factors Clear Base. Is that a good one? ~Robin ---- Dr. Ian Shillington Date: 7/20/2007 11:32:16 AM herbal remedies Subject: Re: {Herbal Remedies} The Brain Dear Randa, The only kind I use is the NOW Brand "True E".
