Well this is a very nice tip. Now I have to wonder if Inulin would

speed up the process.

Well looking at cost to benefit ratio I see no need to speed it up, works

fine with 15 minutes of fermenting (keeping at body temperature) though dogs

like it better fermented longer, but it works fine either way.
