Guest guest
I get severe sinus problems and I guess I have allergies. Sinus problems are very high in my part of the US where I live. My eustachian (sp?) tube gets swollen and blocked and every time I go to the doctor it's the same old thing: he puts me on a prescription that thins out my eustachian tube, and then usually also prescribes me an antibiotic after only 2 days of pain stating I have a sinus infection. Due to this blockage I get shooting pains in my ear and neck. Even though it does help after a week or so, I am tired of always being on some type of prescription for this. It gets expensive and it can't be healthy. Are there any natural remedies I can try to reduce the swelling in my eustachian tube? Please help! Thank you in advance!
