IDAHO STATE LEGISLATURE FIRST TO OPPOSE NORTH AMERICAN UNION

WE MUST HAMMER ALL STATE LEGISLATURES!

NO NORTH AMERICAN UNION---- RESIST THE NEW WORLD ORDER---- NO NAFTA

SUPERHIGHWAY!!!NO CODEX!!

From the desk of John Hammell,

HISTORY MADE TODAY IN BATTLE TO STOP CODEX- IDAHO BECOMES FIRST STATE TO

OPPOSE N.AMERICAN UNION

With the FDA totally ignoring myFreedom of Information Act request, and

Congress totally ignoring ourpetition calling for oversight on the FDA's

Trilateral

CooperationCharter

http://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/373269232#body ,

its time to shift gears and send amessage to Bush, Congress, and the media

via anew direction: through the State Legislatures as IDAHO has just done

today(!!)

Idaho's legislature is the firstto pass a resolution which opposes the

Security and Prosperity Partnershipof North America, the North American Union,

and

the NAFTA Superhighway.(Lets get states to add in language opposing the FDA's

Trilateral Cooperation Charter, we can do this!!)

14 States have introduced legislationin either their House or Senate that

calls for removing the USA from further participation in the Security and

Prosperity Partnership of NorthAmerica and opposes the North American Union, but

history was made today when IDAHO became the FIRST STATE to pass such

legislation,

we must now work very hard to get all others to follow!

By passing this legislation at theState level, Idahoans have told Bush, and

their US Senators andCongressmen that they prefer to continue living in

America, that they oppose the Executive Branch signing treaties without any

congressional oversight, that they oppose the Executive Branch (including the

FDA)harmonizing our nations laws with Canada's and Mexico's behind closed doors

where

we can't see whats going on.

They're sending a strong message that the second amendment, and all other

Constitutional rights are still in effect in Idaho, and that they REFUSE to

become the slaves of a bunch of multinational corporate collectivists who oppose

individual rights. They've opposed the FDA's Trilateral Cooperation Charter with

Canada/Mexico via this action, and so have opposed CODEX restrictions on

their vitamins. We'd better follow their lead, or we're going down- HARD. Its

time

to awaken our friends, family and neighbors to whats going on right under our

noses! No one can afford to be complacent anymore, its time toGET BUSY!

WE MUST NOW PASS SIMILAR LEGISLATION IN ALL OTHER STATES- EASY INSTRUCTIONS

HERE:

13 other states that have introduced such legislation in either their House,

their Senate or both, and we must approach State legislators in additional

states to urge introduction of the legislation there. See this site for the 13

other states that have similar legislation pending

http://www.stopthenau.org/Current_Activities.htm

If your state isn't one of them, google your state legislatures, write down

the names and contact info for your state senators and representatives- get in

touch with them and educate them on this issue!

Tell them you want your state to pass legislation similar to Idaho's in order

to inform Bush and your Senators and Congressman in Washington DC that you

want the US to get OUT of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North

America and that you OPPOSE the North American Union they'reforcing us into.

Tell

them you specifically want language added to oppose the FDA's Trilateral

Cooperation Charter with Canada and Mexico because its an illegal attempt by the

FDA

to make an end run around the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act of

1994. Tell them you want them to help you push for Congressional oversight in DC

on this.

Direct your state legislators here to see Model Legislation that they should

introduce: http://www.jbs.org/campaigns/nau/ModelResolution.pdf (but have

them ADD language to specifically oppose FDA's Trilateral Cooperation Charter

with Canada and Mexico and to educate them on that, direct them to the IAHF

petition here:
