Donna,

Dandelion root is very helpful. It also works as a mild diueretic to

help with bloating, water retention, etc. If you are using milk thistle

supplements it is very important to find one of good quality. Some milk

thistle supplements will have no effect.

Two of the best herbs for liver tonic are dandelion root and burdock root. If

you have liver pain or gall bladder problems try wormwood tincture if you can

find it (I make my own, have been using it for some years now and it works very

well).

Did not know how to get this to the moderator so sorry all for using

this addie but this 'idiot' took the liberty of contacting me directly
