Guest guest
Donna, Dandelion root is very helpful. It also works as a mild diueretic to help with bloating, water retention, etc. If you are using milk thistle supplements it is very important to find one of good quality. Some milk thistle supplements will have no effect. Good Luck! , " Donna Arnold " <donna.arnold wrote: > > Moderator's Note: Since we can not recommend or prescribe, please share your personal experiences or offer places for further research.. Guest guest
->Hi Donna, In our home, we use the Nopal Cactus powder to help enhance our liver and pancreas. We have had great success in doing so. Guest guest
Two of the best herbs for liver tonic are dandelion root and burdock root. If you have liver pain or gall bladder problems try wormwood tincture if you can find it (I make my own, have been using it for some years now and it works very well).
