Hi,

I think that self-hypnosis or meditation is one of the best ways to

beat stress. It's inexpensive and you can do it anywhere.

 

Meditaiton includes Transcendental Meditation taught in the 80's. It's

still valid and useful. A quick way to get started is the undergo

hypnosis with suggestions to aid self-hypnosis.
