Guest guest
Hi, Just thought you would appreciate some great links to the virtues of coconut oil. www.raypeat.com <http://www.raypeat.com/> www.mercola.com <http://www.mercola.com/> www.westonaprice.org <http://www.westonaprice.org/> Now for years Dr. Mercola pushed fish oil and a good quality one at that. I had a subscription to Ray Peat's newsletter and had read in two of his newsletters the dangers of fish oil and vegetable oils. I emailed him many times regarding the population of clients I sold fish oil to: mainly ADHD kids who seemed to do a little better with it. After reading his newsletters and conversing with him, I was convinced of the longer term dangers we were exposing ourselves to, so I returned my fish oils back to the distributor. They called and asked why and when I told them about Ray Peat's newsletter, the Dr. I was talking to acknowledged that he had taken classes from Ray and greatly respected him. Ray has a PhD in Biology and Physiology and his newsletters are great. He also dislikes the establishment and that alone would be good enough for me to be a fan. So I emailed Dr. Mercola about the recent information and 6 months later, after he did research, he no longer sells fish oil either. He now recommends NKO Krill Oil for Omega 3's. See his site for more information on Krill Oil. You can also search his site for coconut oil as well, which he recommends as well. On Ray's site there is a long article about coconut oil that you should read. He always provides pages of research references to substantiate his viewpoints with his newsletters. The Weston A. Price site is a great site as well and features some wonderful books and has local organizations you can become a member of and join with others of like minds.
