Guest guest
I attended a seminar at UCLA recently by a raw foodist, who has a PhD is Nutrition, Aajonus Vanderplanitz. His web site is www.primaldiet.com <http://www.primaldiet.com/> Anyway, he eats everything raw and does recommend raw UNHEATED honey. It is best to buy locally grown honey due to its properties to help with allergic reactions from grasses etc., in that area. Wonderful food, loaded with nutrition. He advocates eating it naturally or mixed equally with raw butter. He does not eat breads, but I put mine on sprouted bread with no flour and it is yummy and therapeutic. He also says it is nonsense that children under 1 cannot have honey. Yet he specifies raw unheated as it is so therapeutic and has used it with babies. Side note: One reason that I went to his seminar is that a Dr. I was taking a class from said that the best blood tests he had ever seen was from Aajonus' files of his patients. He is located in the Santa Monica, CA area. He also has some good books to read. Happy reading, Nancy Savinelli, Naturopath
