Guest guest
When someone suffers from low blood sugar, it would be wise to eat a diabetic type diet - and that means no sugar at all including maple syrup and honey ... even banana's and taters can cause a rise in blood sugar followed by a fall to hypoglycaemia ... I purchased a blood sugar monitor so I can see what effects me .... I tried white sugar, brown sugar, honey, molasses sugar - they all caused a rapid rise followed by an equally rapid fall ... if I start the day with egg on toast (home-made whole-wheat) and a cup of tea at 8am, that will see me through to 1pm no problem ... convenience food is full of sugar so that peops will keep on eating and eating and eating - if man makes it - don't eat it. A tired feeling like I was drugged. I went to the doctor for a check up. The tests came back that I had Hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar). My doctor told me there was no cure, I can only control it. I should only eat a small High Fibre protein diet every 2 to 3 hours. Well I did not believe there was no cure. So I went to my Osteopath Doctor. He made an adjustment & all the symptoms were gone. I was permanently healed.
Guest guest
I find that taking 15000mg (yes that's thousand)of Biotin helps me with blood sugar control. Solaray makes Biotin Lozenges that are 5000mg each, I take 3 of them a day and I can tell a difference in how I feel. Ofcourse, diet is also very important as the post below states.
