Nothing seems to help, not even the docs vitamins. I've also had an

ongoing heart problem that the card can't even figure out why I have or

what it's from. Coffee and hot weather brings it on and it lasts for a

week. Right now, my main concern is sleeping around the clock.

2 yrs. ago I was feeling so hungry all the time & I would be so tired. A tired

feeling like I was drugged. I went to the doctor for a check up. The tests came

back that I had Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). My doctor told me there was no

cure, I can only control it. I should only eat a small High Fiber protein diet

every 2 to 3 hours. Well I did not believe there was no cure. So I went to my

Osteopath Doctor. He made an adjustment & all the symptoms were gone. I was

permanently healed.

If anyone is a vegetarian or semi vegetarian they should take B12. I had B12

definiency. I am a semi-vegetarian. So I take a Multi Vitamin with my Vitamin

Shoppe liquid B12 blast (raspberry flavored:)). B12 has to be taken with the B

complex.

" One way to help Low Blood Sugar; from what I understand; is to avoid

Simple Carbohydrates such as White Flour; White Rice; White Sugar;

etc. and go for Complex Carbohydrates such as Whole Wheat

Breads;Brown or Converted Rice; Honey.

One easy way to increase Complex Whole Grain Carbs is to eat Whole

Grain cooked Cereals; such as Wheatena. Wheatena is a Whole Wheat

Cooked Cereal;follow directions;add Banana;Milk and Honey or Berries.

You can top it with Kretchner's Wheat Germ for added flavor.

Cream of Wheat is also good;not as high in Fiber though. The whole

key to Whole Grain products is proper storage. For example; Whole

Grain Breads should usu. be refrigerated. Grain Cereals should be

transferred from the box to an airtight plastic container.

Cinnamon an excellent addition to any cooked whole grain; like Oats.

(I used to make; Wheatena with bananas; maple syrup and butter; m-m-m
