Well from the book " The China Study " :

Nutritional composition of plant and animal based foods (per 500

calories of energy) -- hopefully the tabs will not be lost in sending to

the list, if so, I apologize:

Nutrient Plant-based food Animal-based food

Cholesterol (mg) -- 173

Fat (g) 4 36

Protein (g) 33 34

Beta-Carotene (mcg) 29,919 17

Dietary Fibre (g) 31 --

Vitamin C (mg) 293 4

Folate (mcg) 1168 19

Vitamin E (mg_ATE) 11 0.5

Iron (mg) 20 2

Magnesium (mg) 548 51

Calcium (mg) 545 252

A super book if anyone wants do delve more into the nutrition aspect of

health care.

Yes, it appears that in some formats the tabs are lost, I've inserted

" // " between the plant-based food and the animal-based food figures.

Hope that helps to read the chart
