Guest guest
Moderator's Note- Bone spurs have been discussed much previously, along with almost every imaginable health topic. Please take the time to search our previous messages, there is a search option which makes it incredibly easy- and you will have instant access to the wisdom recorded in 45,000+ previous messages. Please do your own research BEFORE asking 5,000+ people to stop and help you. I am 44 and in generally good health with a low BMI and good diet. I have an " impingement " in my right shoulder. I will be starting physical therapy next week to regain my range of motion. My question is, what else can I be doing to avoid the Inquisition of physical therapy in the future and mitigate any future bone spurs? BTW should I cut done my calcium intake? best regards, Chris
