I have a list of articles that support this view, most of which have been published here. I do not have low grade headaches or ADD so therefore I, on the basis of the article, do not need to worry about regularly taking garlic. I believe the benefits out way the risk. If you do suffer from these problems then don't take it for a couple of weeks and see what happens. All medicines have side effects, but most people do not have them. Same with Garlic.
