Body Cleanse Product - Question

Greetings to all and HAPPY NEW!!

I have a question about a body cleanser product that I just bought at

my local health food store. It's appropriately titled, " Whole Body

Cleanse " and it's by " Enzymatic Therapy " . This kit comes with

1 - whole body laxative formula, 35 tablets

1 - fiber fusion, 112 ultracaps

1 - super milk thistle, 28 caplets.

It's a 2 week program and it says it will detoxify the whole body

including the intestines, liver, circulatory and lymphatic systems and

the gall bladder-which I really want cleansed.

Ok...so my question is am I suppose to take something to replace all

the friendly bacteria after doing this cleanse? I've heard something

about when you clean everything out like this that you're supposed to

put something back that belongs there...LOL!

Thanks for readin'

Cindee, if the Fiber Fusion contains inulin or FOS, it's the right

thing; feeding the bowel probiotics is way ahead of eating more of

them. They have to be fed to be active and they have to be active to

take up residence as a colony on the bowel lining. Inulin, 12 grams

daily, is the best probiotic food and some fiber blends include a

little.

Maybe you'd like to know about the candidiasis group; it's the

largest and I think most scientific bowel health discussion forum:

candidiasis/

Hiya, Bonnie!

Thanks for responding to my question.

I've looked on the bottle and the ingredients are as follows:

psyllium (Plantago ovata) husk, oat (Avena sativa)

bran, guar gum (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) seed extract, pectin (from

citrus fruit) and marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) root extract 3.5:1.

Other ingredients include: cellulose, vegatable polysaccharide

capsule, vegatable glycerine, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.

Do any of the ingredients above contain what you listed only perhaps

as a different name?

I've read time and time again what you've explained about the

candidiasis, bowel lining and such. However, I can either hardly

understand or make sense of most of it, or can never retain what I do

read. My brain just can't grasp it all. If perhaps I were to get a

visual, maybe on a daily basis, then I may have a chance of actually

remember and/or learning any of the body's make-up. Jeesh...I'm so

challenged. LOL!

Thanks again for the help and info.
