Did someone on this forum have a sympton of...

" Candida on the tongue?

I found out what this can be from...

*This can be form nothing more than a Lack of Riboflavin Vitamin B2.

*Riboflavin B2 is found in Milk predominately so those who do not drink

Milk are at risk for a Riboflavin Vit. B2 Deficiency.

*Riboflavin is one of the most improtant Vitamins yet not well known.

Riboflavin is also found in " Brewer's Yeast.

According to the article I read in the Merck Manuel on *Riboflavin B1

The Candida Albican(sp.? infilrtrates the tongue due to lack of Vit.B2.

The Merck Manuel says " Lack of Riboflavin forms Fissures on the tongue.

The tongue is one of the easiest ways to diagnose Nutrtional

Deficienies. I would recommend this:

*Buy a high quality fresh container of Organic or Commercial Yogurt

(Dannon Yougurt is the only top brand certified by The National

ProBiotic Aac.); Buy Plain or your favorite brand; such as Lemon etc.

Just one container a day; or bi-weekly will help to heal the tongue.

I would also recommend rinsing with Baking Soda and Water daily. anna

Check this website to get some information

The cure usually takes long time. Patient should avoid sugar and

alcohol. Hope this helps.

Candida is actually in our systems naturally; Candida Albican or

a " Yeast Infection; is merely when the Candida " overgrows.

So a Yeast Infection is " A Candida Yeast Overgrowth.

So you don't won't to eradicate the Yeast Overgrowth; just control it.

This is why I recommend The Riboflavin Vit. B2 tablet @ 50 - 100 mgs.

This combined with the Yogurt and/or Brewer's Yeast should help.

Another source of *Riboflavin B2 is " Almonds; try " Hains Almond

Butter. Take a couple of teaspoons daily. Warning: " highly addictive.

RIBOFLAVIN VITAMIN B2 ALSO TREATS CANKER SORES; take the pill or food.

I have systemic candida - and taking just one pill of B2 would and has never

helped it. A bad case of candida chews that up and spits it out.

Overcoming candida is a long process and requires many steps to overcome, but

it is defeatable.

The best book to get on the topic is SICK AND TIRED: RECLAIMING YOUR INNER

TERRAIN by dr. robert young. He is the reigning expert on pleomorphics.

Candida's symptoms mimick psychiatric illnesses, MS, chronic fatigue,

fibromyalgia, Lymes and more. And it is always present with these illnesses.

and brewers yeast actually feeds the candida and therefore should be avoided.

This is documented in many famous and successful anti-candida protocols: (Sick

and Tired, The Body Ecology Diet, etc)

Who ever said taking one pill of *Riboflavin B2 would cure Candida?

I said: take one pill of *Riboflavin B2 daily for atleast 60 days.

See here is where it is at:

" A Deficiency of Riboflavin B2 (A B-Vitamin) makes the environement

the Candida likes inconducive to the Candida setting up shop.

*Brewer's Yeast does not fuel Candida contrary to popular belief.

I was referring to Candida of the tongue called Thrush...and YES

*Taking a daily pill of Riboflavin Vitamin B2 will help Cankers too. -
