My Uncle slipped and hit the power saw blade. He lost half his thumb and

the two closest fingers were badly damaged. That was about 6 months ago.

He has had surgery.

He still complains of pain mainly due to the skin being very taunt and

nerve pain. I made him up a small pot of compfrey cream with a very

small amount of Cayenne pepper. The compfrey to heal the skin as if it

was a scar (although the scars have healed), the Cayenne for the nerve

pain. I probably did not put enough Cayenne pepper in as it was just a

token amount. He is continuing to try the ointment but it is not

producing miracles. Does any one have suggestions?

I noticed recently a formula in this forum for Cayenne Pepper oil.

Would that help with a least removing the nerve pain?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
