Hi, I am Liz, 31, from Mobile,Al. I have always irregular periods,

have seen many doctors and specialists who want me on birth control

bills to regulate cycle. I am not doing that at this time. I was told

by one doctor that I had ashermans syndrome and told by another Dr

that I have no uterine scarring. What I do have at the moment is

excessive bleeding. I am anemic and this is effecting my quality of

life. I have done some research on false unicorn root and would like

to talk to someone that is taking it and can offer some info. The

health food store also tried to sell me progesterone cream but it is

my conclusion that it is for premenopasal women. Any info on that

would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and blessed be, Liz.

Hi Liz,

The condition is stimulated by excess estrogen production. There is

a significantly better remedy for irregular periods in my experience,

a common herb known as Vitex, or Chasteberry, sometimes also called

Chastetreeberry may prove beneficial for you also to combine with

raspberry teas as well.

Birth Control is not advisable for obvious reasons, one of which is

that it interferes with the function of your natural female hormones

and exacerbates these symptoms even further.

Contrary to prior information you received on the progesterone

creams, they are advised for your condition, however there are only a

select few which are at all effectivefor this.

You will find this list on Dr. John Lee's site. Before his death he

completed considerable indepth research on this subject.
