I continue to be puzzled by your data on the Orange. I assume that it's a

misprint when it states that " 1 large " refers to Orange juice rather than to an

Orange. Also confusing is that " 1 large (fresh) Orange (or Orange juice)

contains 936 mg of Potassium, while " 1 med. " Orange, which I assume is not that

much smaller than " 1 large " Orange, contains a measly 234 mg of Potassium(?).

 

I nevertheless strongly applaud your efforts to inform us regarding the very

important mineral: Potassium.
