Hi,

Shaking has a neurological cause, and although I am not an expert in this

field, want to share what I have experienced in this regard. Ever since I

can remember, my right hand would shake just a bit when I held the phone to

my ear. Tried omega 3 oils, supplements, brain foods, etc., nothing solved

the problem. Recently I did a hair analysis, which showed heavy metal

toxicity. Mostly aluminum, and a little mercury. My mom cooked in aluminum

cans while I was growing up and I had the typical amalgam fillings as a

child. All are replaced by porcelain fillings now that have no metal flecks

in the porcelain - you have to ask!!! I started using a heavy metal detox

homeopathic spray and lymph drainage and noticed that my hand no longer

shook. I stopped the remedies for one week and it returned, started the

homeopathics again and it is gone. It takes a while to mobilize the metals

and get them out of the body. So I believe heavy metals can be the

culprit. Omega 3's do help the firing of the brain, so they are good, but

not the solution to the problem. By the way grass fed beef has more omega 3

than fish.

Regarding allergy tests. A guick test you can do at home is as follows.

Take your resting pulse then eat a food that you suspect you might be

allergic to. Wait ten minutes and test your pulse again. Ten points higher

or lower can indicate an allergy to that food. Most common allergies are

wheat, pasteurized/homogenized milk, peanuts, soy, corn, sugar. Muscle

testing is another easy way to test as is electro dermal screening. (EDS or

EAV)
